Esta actividad se realizará tanto colectiva como individualmente . Va a estar enfocada en mejorar tu resistencia cardiopulmonar en la cual van a predominar los ejercicios aeróbicos.
Correr, comba, assault bike, remo o skierg. Como en las demás actividades , no importa tu nivel. Todas van a ser adaptadas a tu estado físico y supervisadas por nuestros coachs, logrando tu mejora en el rendimiento aeróbico y en tu potencia.
