El crossexpres será una clase la cual la realizaremos en 30’. Muchas veces tenemos la creencia que si no entreno X veces a la semana no es suficiente, cuando lo realmente importante es moverse y realizar ejercicio físico por salud.
En ellas trabajaremos un calentamiento y wod de 15 a 20’. Pensado para todas aquellas personas que muchas veces tienen un tiempo reducido para la práctica deportiva por las obligaciones diarias.
